This workshop takes you through a step-by-step guide to the key principles of a healthy balanced diet for good mid-life well-being. The focus is on weight management, improved digestion, accessing foods that support energy gain and increased immunity, and avoidance of foods that have negative impacts on well-being.

Food has an incredible power to help and heal our bodies, especially in later life. By eating the right foods, we can all achieve a healthier and vibrant well-being, as well as build a more resilience body to cope with challenges of today’s daily life - with risks of infections, pollution and stress. By being more mindful and adopting good habits, we can make an informed choice for a healthier approach to nutrition, and at the same time celebrate the exploration of food.
By making better choices on what we eat, this workshop will provide you with:
Identifying bad habits, how to address them and strategies to get rid of them.
Highlight some good habits - new strategies to get rid of the bad and look towards a healthier relationship with food.
Heal our body by providing the right balance of macro and micro nutrients, at the right amount, at the right time and from the right sources.
Focus on optimising energy levels by following a health plan that boosts energy, controls the impact of stress and brings a happiness balance into our lives.

BALANCED HORMONES STRATEGIES FOR MENOPAUSE
This workshop will give you nutritional strategies with tools and tips on how to access particular foods, sprouts, herbs and essential oils that promote hormonal balance and provide support to cope with symptoms related to menopause (pre, peri and post).

Hormones, as chemical messengers, play a major role in controlling your health. Estrogen alone affects 10,000 receptors in a female body. Normally, our endocrine glands produce the precise amount of each hormone needed for various processes in our body. However, hormonal imbalances caused by age, our environment, chemical laden foods and stress, can play havoc with our well-being.
Through mindful eating, we will guide you into growing awareness of how your body responds to hormone imbalances and what works for you as an individual to find hormone synergy. You will learn how to:
- Optimise hormone balance to help with emotional menopausal symptoms - achieve mental clarity, improve short term memory, fight anxiety and depression and restore confidence.
- Heal hormone chaos and revitalise your body from the inside out with the support of nutrition, essential oils, herbs and natural supplements to increase energy, improve weight loss and improve sleep patterns.
- Adjust different foods and natural supplements to address specific menopausal symptoms such as hot flushes, hair loss, vaginal dryness...
Workshop 3 //
BALANCED GUT HEALTH FERMENTATION & KOMBUCHA
This workshop provides strategies on how to improve gut health and the digestion system by finding good gut bacteria through probiotics. Through the process of fermentation and the use of kombucha, we talk about how our body and digestion depend on these good bacteria and why fermented foods are so good for us.

Our 'gut microbiome' is made up of the trillions of microorganisms that live in your intestinal tract. These microorganisms, mainly comprising bacteria, are involved in functions critical to your health and well-being.
Gaining knowledge about the gut and working towards a balanced gut health, you will learn how to:
- Improve the digestion of the foods you eat, supporting the absorption and synthesis of nutrients.
- Regulate your metabolism and body weight by having a healthy gut microbiome.
- Support your immunity system but providing the best conditions for nutrient absorption and digestion - getting the most out of our diet.
- Optimise your brain function and mood.

Each client has a unique health and life story. I will guide and support you through an interactive journey providing strategies and tools to transform your way of eating and lifestyle to find a healthier, more energetic and balanced you.
I do not believe in diets or meal plans. They are not sustainable and confine us into a win or lose situation. I believe in changing your physical and emotional relationship with food and lifestyle to find balance.
We look at the art of mindful eating, being mindful of how your body reacts to certain foods/drink, working out your diet’s weak spot, bad habits and listening to your gut, monitoring your digestion system and finding the balance within.

1 on 1 - 8-week programme // Tailored programme
INDIVIDUAL //
The individual programme covers 8 weeks, with 4 sessions face to face and 4 sessions virtual. We look at all areas of your life – where there is balance and imbalance. We set realistic goals and find strategies and tools to work towards those goals, over time to change bad habits and create healthier habits during a process of behaviour change. We develop your own meal and exercise plan that suit your body type, your lifestyle, and fits in with your family.
8-week programme
GROUP //
Group coaching follows a 8-week programme identifying strategies for general well-being and defining tools to address problem areas. It is a simple process that helps increase the awareness of a healthy body. We also focus on defining a balance nutritional strategy and exercise regime for each individual, whilst at the same time sharing these individual goals within a group. Working with a group can help inspire each other, hold one another accountable, and make the process affordable.
2 x 4 hour sessions
CORPORATE //
Corporate coaching guides your corporate team towards optimal health and improved performance. The priority for creating an effective team is ensuring that all employees are healthy and can boost their immunity and capacity to deal with stress at work. When the body is out of balance, our brain can’t function to it’s best capacity. These sessions create good team building at affordable prices, providing your employees with tools to find the perfect harmony between the work and life balance to reduce exhaustion and stress.
